Enquiries about a potential contractual relationship are processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other correspondence and website security rely on legitimate interests in responding and protecting the infrastructure (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal retention duties rely on Article 6(1)(c). Contact details are not used for promotional messages without an appropriate legal basis.

Retention

General enquiries are retained as long as needed to manage the contact and normally no longer than 12 months after the last exchange. Where a contractual relationship develops or legal duties apply, relevant records follow the applicable retention periods. Technical data is retained for service delivery and security according to infrastructure-provider practices; the company does not use it to profile visitors.
